About
Most of my work is quiet.
I've spent about ten years moving between product and design, close enough to the strategy to know why we're building something, close enough to the pixels to make it feel right.
Day to day, that means untangling a messy flow, naming the real problem, helping a team agree on what "done" means. I like the part where things get simpler.
